CH. NASHIRA SPRGVLY ABSOLUT MIRACLE, SC
"Abbey"

Abbey came with her daughter "Tollie" to Arizona to spend her years of retirement in the valley of the sun.  She began lure coursing at age 5 and obtained both her Jr and Sr Lure Coursing titles in consecutive trials.

Abbey's biggest love was agility and has spent most of her time playing in the agility ring during her early retirement years.

As a Verteran, she went back into the conformation ring with her friends & co-owners Kim Hodge, Jocelyn Brody & Raygen Hensley. Kim & Abbey won Best of Breeds & BOS over specials from veteran classes. She has won Best Veteran & Veteran Grp 1.

Kim and Abbey won Best Veteran in Sweeps at the Arizona Rhodesian Ridgeback Club's inaugural show 2009 & again 2010.  In 2010 Abbey went on win an Award of Merit from the Veterans Class 9-12 yrs old with Co-owner and Jr Handler, Jocelyn Brody at the AZ RR Speciality show.

In 2011 Raygen and Abbey won Best Veteran in Sweeps from 9-12 yrs old and Select Bitch over Specials at the 3rd annual Arizona Rhodesian Ridgeback Club's show at age 10 1/2 years.
Her movement remained flawless & she wagged her tail all the time when she motored around the ring, bringing smiles to all who watched her ringside. She continued to move around the ring effortlessly covering a large amount of ground well into her later years.

Abbey was one of the coolest ridgebacks with her big beady eyes that pop up when she was excited which is most of the time and we had  the pleasure of having this lovely, fun RR live out her retirement years in Arizona. Thank you to Concetta Jez of Nashira for letting Abbey come to the Valley of the Sun where she brought such joy to those who encountered her.

Sadly Abbigail went to Rainbow Bridge shortly after her 12th Birthday, Her eyes remained bright until the very end. She leaves a huge void in our pack where she held such a quiet space and now realize how big a space she held.
